With the winter chill in full effect, you’ll need to warm up inside and out. Stoke Charlotte, located at Marriott City Center, just launched a new winter menu full of comfort classics sure to warm the soul.
Start your day right with breakfast. Guests can go light with steel cut oatmeal or whole grain toast with cashew butter and local honey, or go big with the fried chicken biscuit or ricotta stuffed cinnamon chip french toast. For an added bonus, get the CMN Omelet (three cage-free eggs with three add ins of your choosing)—$2 from each omelet sold goes toward the Children’s Miracle Network.
Stoke doesn’t slack during lunch, either. Step up your usual Uptown eating with choices like mushroom and Carolina gold rice bisque, crispy catfish sammy and lamb and eggs (overnight lamb shoulder, fingerling potatoes and two cage-free eggs).
Things really heat up at dinner service. The menu includes the diner-favorite sticky pork shank with chili-sorghum glaze and the Carolina gold rice grits with a 63 degree egg. New this season is the Georgia beef ribeye with coffee demi-glace.
