Companies seem to always have season tickets for sporting events, whether it’s the Knights, Hornets, Panthers, or MMA (okay, maybe not that last one).

The common theme has always been “take me out to the ball game,” but what about non-sports enthusiasts? As the weather warms up and the outdoor concert season kicks into high gear, it’s time to sing a different client and employee entertainment tune.

Tell company leadership why they should change up their client and employee entertainment game with a VIP Summer Concert Series Box. Here are five reasons it’s a great idea:

(1) There are two incredible venues to choose from

PNC Music Pavilion and the Charlotte Metro Credit Union Amphitheatre at Avid Xchange Music Factory are located in two totally different parts of town, offering two completely different vibes. Surely, one of the two will be suit your company, your employees and your clients. Take a good look at your company culture, then decide which live music venue would make a better fit.

(2) You’ll get to see performances from a wide variety of artists

With 30 shows already announced at PNC Music Pavilion and another 20 performances scheduled at Charlotte Metro Credit Union Amphitheatre, there’s something for every age and musical taste, from rock and rap to country and classics.

In fact, this July alone at PNC Music Pavilion, you can catch Foreigner, Miranda Lambert, Chicago, Dave Matthews Band and Charlie Puth. In May, Charlotte Metro Credit Union Amphitheatre will host Migos, Odesza, Vance Joy, Primus and Khalid. And, that’s just a snapshot of the hot acts headed to Charlotte this season. Check out full PNC Music Pavilion schedule and full Charlotte Metro Credit Union Amphitheatre schedule.

(3) There’s a variety of box sizes (and price points) to choose from

Although you might think that investing in a VIP Summer Concert Series Box is only an option for big companies, it’s actually the small and mid-sized businesses (with the younger employees) who are signing up for the VIP Concert Experience.  With concerts from April to October, the per-concert box price is actually quite affordable, especially since you’re able to choose how big you want your company’s box to be, with four, six, eight and twelve-seat options.

(4) Your employees and clients will get the red carpet treatment

Every part of the VIP Summer Concert Series Box experience makes whoever’s enjoying the box seats — from your employees to potential clients — feel important. They’ll get to take advantage of VIP parking, a VIP entrance and a VIP lounge, in addition to enjoying in-box food and beverage service. That means avoiding the lines, private bars and separate restrooms. Trust us, it’s worlds away from the lawn. Here’s a video to give you a better idea of the VIP experience.

(5) You’ll get your own personal VIP Ticket Concierge

With your company’s box purchase (did we mention it has your name on it so it doubles as marketing!) you get your own VIP Ticket Concierge. Live Nation veteran Ashley Adams, Director of Venue Sales, will manage your concert experience from beginning to end. Email her with your questions or to schedule a tour.

Just like everyone remembers their first concert, they also can tell you the most recent one. Giving clients and employees the opportunity to see their favorite artist is serious scrapbook (or Instagram) material, so slide the show list under your boss’s door today so you can be the big thinker at the office who made it happen.
