There’s no avoiding it — life is often all about trade offs. It’s hard to keep that rock-hard bod and indulge in a doughnut breakfast every morning. Just like there’s no way to have a family of four-legged friends and win the battle of the fur.

And everyone knows it’s impossible to own a single-family luxury home AND be minutes from the hottest entertainment centers (think Uptown, LoSo and South End) all in a stellar community.

Think again, says Rich Bridwell, owner and builder of Sigmon Bridwell Homes and The Row on Walton.

“The Row on Walton is a community of nine coastal-inspired homes with high-end finishes and features throughout, and is just minutes to South End and Uptown, as well as within walking distance to two area parks.”

These designer homes located on Walton Road in Barringer Woods are all about quality, high-end finishes, community and location, location, location!

Stunning homes with upscale finishes set The Row on Walton apart

These craftsman-styled homes includes stainless steel or white appliances, soft-close doors and drawers, Quartz countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, subway tile in the kitchen, walk-in master closet with extensive organizer, Jeld-Wen windows, a site-built shed, the wood deck for entertaining and so much more. What’s more is these features come standard with every home! Including yours!

Here, the interiors and exteriors are as smart as they are beautiful, and the high-end touches make every homeowner feel like they have arrived.

Be part of the community

The Row on Walton was purposefully designed to be a community of neighbors. With nine luxury units (six are under contract) in walking distance to two area parks, and perfectly situated less than three miles to Uptown, South End, LoSo, breweries, restaurants and the extended Lynx light rail — you’ll be part of the synergy of the city located right outside your door. Word has gotten out and only three homes remain!

“It’s fun, vibrant, and offers a unique sense of community between the homeowners,” says Jessica Flinn, broker with Savvy + Co. Real Estate, and the listing agent on the project. “In many of the West Boulevard corridor streets you’ll find one-off homes that have been flipped by builders and DIY-ers looking to make a return on their investment.  What Sigmon Bridwell has done with The Row on Walton is to create a destination community with a distinguished design to set it apart from the rest.”

  1. A small set of beach houses pushing 300k with no garages in the middle of a development of ranch style brick homes built in the 50’s where the values max out at $150 and the crime rate is astronomical.

    Yea no thanks.
