No luck required. Enjoy Gypsy jazz this St. Pat’s weekend [Partner]

Irish or not, we promise you will feel like the luckiest person in the city when you see Andy Page play Djang Reinhardt at The Jazz Room March 17 and 18. Page, along with talented musicians and a vocalist, will treat the audience to a night of Gypsy jazz and you are going to love it.

Avoid turning green with envy and get your tickets today. Shows are Friday at 6 and 8:15 p.m. and Saturday at 7 and 9:15 p.m. Need to know more? We got it.

Get on the Gypsy jazz train

Put down the green beer and enjoy a different kind of jazz experience. Gypsy jazz hails from Europe with upbeat tunes in an intimate setting. We promise fantastic music and no pinching no matter what you are wearing.

Strings take center stage

Front and center to Gypsy jazz are strings. Discover the magic that happens when two acoustic guitars, a stand up bass and violin get together and jam. Irish or not, your eyes will be smiling.

Oh la la

Accompanying the stellar string section is a vocalist who – wait for it –  sings in French. Forget gold at the end of the rainbow, you’ve hit the jackpot baby and we just dropped the microphone.

St. Patrick’s Day is the new date night

Save the bar crawl for later and take your sweetheart to listen to some fantastic jazz in setting that is a throw back to jazz clubs of yesteryear. Grab a cabaret table for a truly special night and enjoy drink tickets and front row seating. Or hang in the back with friends and toast to your good luck at the bar. Whether a kiss is included is up to you.

The Jazz Room is wrapping up Season 8 with Gypsy jazz – one of its most popular shows. Join them in celebrating a fantastic series and get excited for Season 9 with new artists, performances and phenomenal jazz from across the country and down the street.
