What it stands for: “That artisanal, farmhouse, Belgian tradition,” Wade told Hartis. “And the robot represents the American innovative spirit.”
Brew style: Eight taps with hoppier American styles and eight taps with farmhouse or Belgian-influenced beers.

What it stands for: All things local. “We want to work with as much local, seasonal and relevant stuff as we can,” Jason said to Hartis.
Brew style: “As far as styles go, anything and everything,” Jason told Hartis. “Nothing is off limits.”
