Ask anyone and they’ll tell you that there’s no shortage of brewery workouts in Charlotte. In fact, it’s possible to get a complete workout in each week exclusively at Charlotte breweries.

The best part is you don’t even have to stray too far from your own Charlotte neighborhood to do it. Whether you live in NoDa, Plaza Midwood, or South End, there’s plenty of options to try a different brewery fitness class every day of the week.

To show you how easy it is, we put together a guide to get a complete week of workouts in at breweries in and around  South End. From run clubs to yoga and more, check out your options to get your sweat on from Monday through Sunday.

Monday: Suffolk Punch/Hyde Brewing Total Body Bootcamp

When: 6:30 p.m.
Where: ​2905 Griffith St.
Cost: $5 (cash only), which gets you the class and one Hyde Brewing beer.
Coach: ​Tyler Verink
Anything Else? ​This upbeat bootcamp takes place in the warehouse next door to The Suffolk Punch and Hyde Brewing. There’s lots of room to move around and stay energized.

Tuesday: Wooden Robot “RunBots” Run Club

When: 6:30 p.m.
​Where: 1440 S Tryon St.
Length of Run: Runners can choose between one, three and five mile routes.
Anything Else? Anyone who joins the RunBots as a member and wears their RunBots shirt or hat to run club gets a free beer after the run.

Wednesday: STAX Brewga

When: 6:45 p.m.
Where: 3722 S. Tryon St. Charlotte, NC 28217
Cost: $5, which includes a draft pint, bottle or can of beer.
Instructor: Ashley Masters
Vibe: ​This is a low-key, all-levels vinyasa class. It’s a fun way to move your body in a gorgeous studio and have beer with friends after!

Thursday: Triple C Brewing Run Club OR Triple C Brewing Yoga

Run Club >>
When: 
6:30 p.m.
Where: 2900 Griffith St.
Length of Run: One, two, three, four or five mile routes. This is an out-and-back run along the Light Rail Trail, so runners can turn around anytime for a custom distance, as well.
Discounts? The run is free, but runners typically hang out for a beer or two after class to support Triple C.

Yoga >>
When: 6:30 p.m.
Where: 2900 Griffith St.
Cost: $5 (cash only) gets you the class and one beer ticket, redeemable for a Triple C brew.
Instructor: The Yoga Dude (also known as Rob)
Vibe: ​It’s an all-levels vinyasa flow, but this class is a workout! You’ll never leave without doing some intense core work.

Friday: GoodRoad CiderWorks Yoga

When: 6:30 p.m.
Where: 117 Southside Dr.
Cost: $5, which includes a 4 oz. pour of cider (or apple juice)
Instructor: ​Michelle LoSardo
Vibe: This is an all-levels vinyasa flow, perfect for both those who have never tried yoga and those who have been doing it for years.
Anything Else? ​Check in at the bar when you arrive, and keep your receipt to redeem your beverage after class.

Saturday: Unknown Bike & Brew

When: 2:30 p.m.
Where: ​1327 S Mint St.
Length of Ride: 10 to 35 mile routes are available.
Discounts? ​The ride is free for participants, and Unknown donates $1 to charity for each person who comes to the ride.
Anything Else? ​Unknown-Dornier Cycling is a charitable group that organizes cycling events that help raise awareness and money for important causes like the National MS Society and 24 Hours of Booty. Check ’em out on Facebook to learn more.

When: 11:00 a.m.
Where: 3000 S Tryon St.
Length of Run: ​One and a half, two, and three mile routes along the Light Rail Trail.
Discounts? Every Sunday, all 64 oz. growler fills are $10.
