Why work at MKTG?
Located on the edge of picturesque Uptown, the Charlotte MKTG office has a culture dedicated to the growth and well-being of its workers. Its “Get-A-Life” program offers funds for employees to engage in extra-curricular activities and hobbies, like continuing education, learning new languages, becoming a member of a local gym or even taking piano lessons.
Weekly gatherings for breakfast or beer cart are accompanied by twice-per-year employee outings and monthly charitable initiatives like contributing to Charlotte-based volunteer organizations. Looking for employee benefits? MKTG’s benefits package includes things like 16 weeks of maternity or paternity leave and coverage for mobile phone plans. But it’s not just the culture that makes people want to work for MKTG.
