We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to manage our centralized call center for our affiliate sites. The successful applicant will be based in Charlotte, NC and responsible for managing all inquiries from people seeking behavioral services. We are looking for a highly organized professional with excellent communication skills, who will be responsive to customer needs, and able to translate inquiries into active leads. A Bachelors degree is required and experience in health care field is preferred. A competitive salary consistent with qualifications and experience is offered.
