Vintage Charlotte, if you’re not familiar by now, is a pop-up market that has been gracing our city for the last few years. It’s curated by the magical Amy Herman, styled by Studio Cultivate, and consists of tons of local vendors and makers.

And now, for the third year in a row, there is a semi-permanent holiday space, the Vtgclt Pop, in Uptown. Located this year at 130 W. Third St., this shop is filled with gifts for all the hard-to-buy-for people in your life. The shop features a variety of price points and is open daily from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. through Dec. 21.

(1) The person you really don’t know all that well

We all have these folks in our lives, be it distant cousins or co-workers, and we are really tired of buying them socks, am I right? Cold Gold has a line of leather goods and jewelry that are simple and elegant enough to buy for folks you don’t know.

(2) The last-minute decorator

I have to be honest: I don’t know when I’ll get around to decorating but please don’t tell my kids. For those waiting until the last minute to deck the halls, these ornaments by Golden & Grey might just nudge them in the right direction.

(3) The chronically single

Look, I get it. This time of year can really exemplify a person’s singlehood so why not just play to that tune? Got a pal who hasn’t tied the knot or done the societally-accepted form of “settling down”? Scoop up some dag tags from Weird Empire or the Cat Lady, Plant Lady and Dog Mom pins from Hennel Paper Co.

(4) The absentminded one

I am a list-maker through and through so this category really resonates with me. Folks like me always appreciate a paper pad, so try the “Things to do after coffee” or “Seize the Freaking Day” notepads by Hennel Paper Co.

(5) The socially conscious coffee-drinker

Not only does Weird Empire have some killer “coffee is my soulmate” pins (girl, same), Powder Studio has these NC rainbow mugs that are both uniquely made and statement-making. Wander across the street to Not Just Coffee’s Packard Place location and snag a bag of beans and you will literally make someone’s day/morning.

(6) The all-things-Charlotte-vore

There are people in this city who are ride-or-die Charlotte fans and luckily we have just the vendors for that CLT-pride. CLT Find has a handful of Charlotte-related items your local-lover is sure to like as well as the Charlotte Adventure Map, NC Beer Map and the newly added Fried Chicken Map.

(7) The constantly-on-the-go, never in town one

Got a friend who is never in town and always about that travel life? Ginger & Juniper has these great fabric passport holders that are sure to keep your passport safe and looking fly.

(8) The Dapper Dresser

I am forever impressed with Beautiful Idiot’s accessories—for adults and babies—and am borderline obsessed with their line of ties made from vintage fabric. You can find kimonos, baby hair bows and a line of suit-accessories that the well-dressed in your life with wear with pride.

(9) The self-care/treat yo’self type

Do you have a friend that takes Instagram photos of their legs and candles while reading books in the bathtub? This person will clearly get down with Kitsch & Fancy’s bath bombs.

(10) The bearded masterpiece

At this stage, I think I have maybe two male friends who do not have beards, both of whom are named Greg. For all the non-Gregs out there, check out Lo & Behold’s beard oil. They also have a line of bath soaks, hair and body oils, and facial toners.

Fathers’ Day is this Sunday! Have you picked out a gift yet? How about small batch shaving and grooming that is effective, with deep earthy aromas, and options for bearded and shaved styles! Choose from Cedarwood & Rosemary Beard Oil, Bergamot & Vetiver Shave Oil, Rosemary & Vetiver Aftershave, the shaving kit, or the deluxe grooming set! ✨Order by 12 pm tonight to guarantee delivery for Father’s Day. ✨ Gift wrap and personalized notes included! 🌲🎁✉️🎉🌲🌳🎁✉️🎉 Do you subscribe to our newsletter? (11) The aspiring home chef

Who always invites you over for a home-cooked meal to contrast your nightly routine of freezer meals and take-out? This person would most certainly benefit from a handmade cutting board by Carolina WDWRX.

(12) The spice-loving, local-foods snacker

The people who are constantly eating, constantly snacking and always talking about eating local will love Queen Charlotte’s Pimento Cheese Royale. With regular, blue cheese and bacon as choices, you’re sure to hit on something this person will love that outshines pretzels and hummus. I would highly suggest the jalapeno blend, though not for the faint of heart. Located right by checkout, this is a super easy grab-and-go gift. Run down the street to the Uptown Rhino Market for a bottle of wine to pair.

(13) For the Old Soul

It’s not called “Vintage Charlotte” for nothing. There are tons of vintage items to choose from, from various vendors. You can find wares from Vintage by Kitty and Odd Bear Designs, among others. Check out the rack of vintage clothing and the back wall for nostalgic pieces for those who seem to have been born in the wrong generation.
