Merry everything: Here’s where you can get into the holiday spirit in Charlotte this season

From getting your holiday shopping done early to traveling to Christmas Town, USA, there are plenty of festive activities that you can take part in over the next few weeks in Charlotte.

C5 Podcast hosts Sallie and Alicia talk must-do winter experiences and events in the Queen City, regardless of what holiday you’re celebrating this season.

Poptopia Holidays: A Pop-Up Shop

What: Uptown’s holiday pop-up shopping experiencing is back! This year, the event will have 16 total vendors including everyone from 704 Shop to Johnny Fly to Queen City Grounds. Find the fun at Luski Gallery at Foundation for the Carolinas.

When: Thursday, Nov. 29, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m., Friday, Nov 30, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 1, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Price: Free admission

Charlotte Christmas Village

What: Also known as”Christkindlmarkt,” the European-inspired Christmas market will feature local vendors, treats like Austrian strudels and glazed nuts, drinks like Glühwein and German-style beer from Blue Blaze Brewing, plus a visit from Santa. Visit the village at the corner of 7th Street and North Tryon.

When: Now through Dec. 24

Price: Free admission

Holidays at the Garden: A Mile of a Million Lights

What: Daniel Stowe Botanical Garden is hosting its annual Holidays at the Garden, and this year will be bigger and better than ever! Enjoy musically orchestrated topiary displays, live holiday music daily from 6-8 p.m., make s’mores or sip on cider.

When: Now until Jan. 6, 2019

Price: Tickets are $14.95 for adults, $13.95 for seniors and $8.95 for children
