It’s that time of the year again! Back-to-school commercials are taking over our televisions, and school supplies fill the aisles at stores as kids and families get ready for another school year just around the corner.
After a fun-filled summer, it can be tough to get back into a routine—to figure out what activities kids will participate in, or finding childcare options for younger kids who are let out earlier in the day.
The YMCA knows that learning doesn’t stop after the school bell rings, and they’re committed to help nurture and develop every child as a whole throughout all of their programs.
Trained and caring staff pride themselves on going above and beyond to help each child gain the confidence they need to succeed and be the best version of themselves.
The YMCA’s sports programs are about more than just athletic ability—they’re about trying new things, working hard and learning from exceptional and caring staff and coaches, all while connecting and making new friends. Their fall sports include: dance, flag football, soccer and gymnastics.
In their after-school program, you can be assured your child will receive the help and encouragement needed to complete all of their homework in an enriched, positive and caring environment.
The YMCA strives to help every child to learn and be challenged both mentally and physically on and off the field throughout all of their programs, activities and sports. Don’t forget to check them out while ticking off the rest of the boxes on your back-to-school checklist.
