When you’re planning a first date, why limit yourself to one restaurant? With three of the best Charlotte restaurants all within walking distance of each other in NoDa — Crepe Cellar, Growlers Pourhouse and Haberdish — take your new love interest out for an adventurous date night crawl.

With craft cocktails, delectable food and a sumptuous atmosphere, here’s how to plan the flow of your evening — which will hopefully end in a goodnight kiss.

Crepe Cellar. This first stop was named one of the 10 Best Date Night Restaurants in Charlotte, specifically for a first date. It’s ideal for grabbing a drink to start your evening and hash out those first meeting jitters.

While you ask your date how many siblings they have, enjoy an apéritif, a European tradition with a lower alcohol content served before a meal. The head of the cocktail program, Colleen Hughes, told CharlotteFive in February these drinks won’t leave you “falling apart like that girl at the bar, crying after two.”

Crepe Cellar. 3116 N Davidson St, Charlotte, NC 28205. (704) 910-6543. For more information, visit their website.

Growlers Pourhouse. Named one of the Top 100 Beer Bars five years in a row by DRAFT magazine, you’ll want to come here for the top-notch drinks and apps.  Start with an appetizer of basil pesto hummus with warm pieces of pita bread, moving on to splitting fresh oysters on the half shell.

Sharing dishes may bring you closer to your date, allowing you both to experience this sensual seafood (a natural aphrodisiac, really). Cap off the meal with a triple chocolate brownie or ice cream.

As for the drinks here, Growlers prides themselves on carrying the best craft beers by style from throughout the country. Choose from a selection of stouts, IPAs wheat or white or even cask ales from their refurbished beer engine. Fill a growler for yourself, or better yet your date if they are a beer-loving person, to take home and enjoy another time.

Growlers Pourhouse. 3120 North Davidson Street, Charlotte, NC 28205. 704-910-6566. For more information, visit their website.

Haberdish. If you’d like the date to linger on and you’re peckish after dinner, finish off your first date here. Split their fried chicken in the best way possible: By ordering them by the tender, as Helen Schwab described in her restaurant review, for only 2 bucks each. Or try the biscuits with bacon jam, deviled eggs or smoky boiled peanuts. An after dinner drink seems about right, especially to gird your nerves as you lean in for your first kiss.

Haberdish. 3106 N Davidson St, Charlotte, NC 28205.  (704) 817-1084. For more information, visit their website.

Cheers to the perfect date night.
